Please forgive our play on words, but two of the world’s largest streetcar systems in terms of passengers carried are located in Budapest, Hungary and Prague, Czech Republic. Both of these cities and several smaller cities in each country were visited by Dick Aaron, Bruce Moffat, Walter Keevil, and Ray DeGroote last April. They brought back a variety of pictures including the most modern cars, regular cars, ancient historic vehicles, a cog railway, and Europe’s first electric underground railway.

Bruce and Ray will present a PowerPoint program which will feature these views and more from these two fascinating countries which are rapidly joining the modern era. And you probably will get a language lesson along the way. Don’t miss this program!
