If you have a technical problem with the website such as a broken link, you may contact the webmaster at webmaster@cera-chicago.org.

Please note that if you are using web based email like Yahoo, Hotmail, or Gmail, these links will not work. You will need to copy the email address you wish to send a message to then go to your webmail to use the address.

Note: While we would be pleased to answer any questions you might have about our organization and membership in it as well as any questions about our publications, we are not in a position to answer general questions about electric railways or questions about specific properties.

We'd appreciate hearing from you about our web site, and we welcome suggestions on how to make it better.

Keep in mind that we are a volunteer organization, with no paid staff. We will get back to you, but perhaps not as fast as you and we might like. Generally, we answer letters and emails on Tuesdays of every week.
