Terry William Lehmann grew up in Newport, Kentucky, with a pleasant interlude in Southern California. During the late 1940s and early 1950s, 11 near and distant relatives worked for the Green Line.

He was graduated with a B.A. from Georgetown College in 1965 and received a J.D. from the Chase School of Law in Cincinnati in 1972. Starting in the private sector for Proctor & Gamble, A-K Steel and Connecticut General Life, he has since 1975 been an Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of Ohio.

That is Terry's day job.

He is a member of the Cincinnati Transit Historical Association, where he had a small part in restoring Cincinnati curve-sider 2435, and the Santa Fe Railway Historical and Modeling Society. He also collects Pacific Electric memorabilia. They say he writes a pretty good legal brief, but he has also written a few articles on public transit, including a two-parter on the Green Line for Motor Coach Age.
